With this pastry, we create delicate Cappelletti, delicious pumpkin and herb Tortelli, Tagliatelle and Pappardelle.
Our cart of roasts and boiled meat: a tradition of our land increasingly rare to find, because it is not easy to propose any day depending on the season, about 20 different types of meats and sausages that are always fresh and of quality. Pork is the king, but there are also veal, beef, lamb, capon and stuffing, typically of Reggio Emilia. Seasonal fruits and vegetables such as fresh pore mushrooms, artichokes, asparagus, rigorously white truffle that finds its exaltation in flambé Risotto prepared in the dining room inside a wheel of Parmigiano Reggiano cheese. The "Reggiano", as they call it in these parts, is complement and prince in our preparations, or can be tasted in slivers with a few drops of balsamic vinegar, another milestone in our kitchen.
Our sweets, always fresh, are all prepared daily by the chef, presented on their cart.
The restaurant has 3 rooms for a total of 110 seats, the central hall can accommodate about 50 people. We also have two smaller and more private rooms that can accommodate 35 and 25 guests, respectively. The property is perfect for business lunches and business meetings and also for family celebrations and groups of friends.
