The restaurant located in Ruffo is an Open Space with an outdoor terrace that allows you peace of mind in a corner adjacent to the entry. A family atmosphere has been created, where the integration between the restaurant and the brewery is the ideal combination to taste a wide range of wines from Friuli and Veneto and strictly German beers. The furnishings are a mix of 70s pop culture with murals on the walls and wooden tables in various sizes to make possible for large groups to eat together. At the center, there are three original barrels with stools that allow customers to taste the wines and beers without having to eat. The cuisine is based on tradition of the Veneto–Friuli regions, predominantly represented by first and second courses. The first courses are in large part composed of rice with mixed vegetables and herbs in season, the pasta dishes are all made up of home–made and hand–made pasta and are based on the quality and naturalness of the same. The owners have managed to create a very heterogeneous environment that is able to change throughout the evenings. They designed an environment that welcomes families with their children, organizing for them entertainment shows, respecting times that children need, so you can calmly eat and organize parties in the late afternoon hours, allowing your children to feel at ease. All this makes the venue transform itself, after 8:00 p.m., into a place with a more adult target. The atmosphere is very pleasant and cheerful, allowing customers to participate in vocal performance or to have their privacy having a chat with friends. We organize parties, such as birthdays for children and adults keeping an area free for regular customers, avoiding to close the venue during these events. For special events, the owners have created an area called "the angle of confidentiality", where guests can celebrate their birthdays or other parties without the intrusion of strangers. In a part of the venue there an elevated area where concerts and performances of various kinds are organized, that take place every two Fridays per month with live music. The organized concerts include various types of music, which integrate different genres, to meet the various targets of customers, that are many. An established event is the Karaoke, that takes place every Thursday evening and continues until the end of the evening. In collaboration with suppliers, themed tastings for wine than for beer are organized. The attention of the owners, apart from the German beer, is to give a strong territorial feature to the venue where all products are strictly native.
