In 1983 the “Trattoria alla Pesa” restaurant, established by the Bravin Family in 1975, was restored and renamed “Bar Trattoria Cavour”.
In the past, in a small room, the premise housed six/seven tables, but after a few years an enlargement was required in 1990 a new larger dining room was opened.
The new hall has wide windows, which overlook the garden (il “Brolo”),
through which customers can admire the changing of the seasons and, in total relax, enjoy our specialities.
Our family has always been devoted to this activity with passion and seriousness, always giving priority
to the customers’ needs, to the quality of products and sevice.
