Mr. Giampiero Dalla Torre and Mrs. Donatella have managed to create in Sacile, called "the Garden of the Serenissima", a restaurant with a wonderful location and a back garden that offers priceless privacy and quiet, as well as a large space to make banquets and culinary events. The interior and exterior floors are paved with vintage stones. Even furniture is vintage and surrounded by curtains and Venetian courtains worked by hand. The care of the decorations is created with professional piqué and fit perfectly to the tastes of those who organize the event.

In the interior patio in summer you can eat surrounded by plants and a centuries–old olive tree.

Inside there are various rooms with a courtyard that is theater of extraordinary events with tastings of the best wines and champagne.

The kitchen fully complies with the Venetian tradition with conscious openness to international cuisine. Fish is the absolute protagonist of the restaurant and is purchased personally by the chef every day going to the fishing ports of the Veneto region.

Paolo Dalla Torre, despite its young age, shows a remarkable passion and experience, thanks to a cooking school, but especially for having breathed the air of the restaurant since he was a child. Before working in the family restaurant he has gained experience in prestigious restaurants and participates in the internship that Alain Ducasse does every year.

The menu is rich, but the contamination of different cuisines is the first choice that the restaurant offers.

The wine cellar is the showpiece of the restaurant, was recovered from the basement of a patrician palace of the fifteenth century.

The winery can boast 1,400 labels with a predominance of white wines and champagne.

The list of the Friulian wines is awesome but not monothematic, as all the best Italian wines are present.

Equally impressive is the list of champagne and we can say without doubt that there are not many restaurants in Europe with a variety and quality of the genre.

The restaurant is official ambassador of the Krug champagne in Italy and presents in Italian preview each new product before deploying it in the market.

In summer, every month, theme nights are organized, where the tastings are accompanied by the most prestigious brands of champagne.

The location is incomparable and Giampiero, the owner, offers selections of rum and brandy in addition to the great wines of the region and of course the great world–renowned labels.

In addition to what described, the structure has room to accommodate its guests and has nothing to envy to the best Relais Chateu.
