There are two main menus proposed by Antica Osteria della Pesa: the Menu of Tradition, based on meat, and the Tasting Menu, of fish. To pay tribute to the celebrated tradition of Piacenza, Claudio Cesena has created a list of dishes expressed in the wine list, drawing on locally sourced ingredients.
A particular attention is given to people who suffer from food allergies, such as celiac disease, for which the dishes of our menu are made with ingredients that do not contain gluten.
