The story of Fontanabroccola in Salsomaggiore dates back to the early fifties, when mom Emma decided to open a typical restaurant right in Salsomaggiore, offering to its customers a friendly atmosphere and a delicious simple and traditional cuisine, made of Cappelletti and flavorful salami. Everything, at the time of mom Emma, came from the kitchen of the house: from bread, to pasta, ending with desserts.

The activities of the family also led to the opening, in the seventies, of an ice cream bar linked to the production of scented sorbets.

Even here, everything was produced at home, where mom Emma has always been attentive to the quality and tradition that ended up straight in the dishes prepared; and even today, the progenitor of the family, thinks so.

After fifty years, in Fontanabroccola, tradition and care of products that are the main ingredients of many delicious dishes, rich in flavor and memories, have remained unchanged.
