In the greenery of Brianza, in the proximity of the Romanesque basilica of Agliate, you find the tavern founded in 1937 by Fabio Ballabio, a brilliant grocer with outstanding culinary skills and an innate attitude to welcome. For over forty years he is the secret of the success of Trattoria da Fabio.
In the 80s in the management of the restaurant his son Ernesto took over, who with his wife Mariuccia, their son Angelo and daughter–in–law Cristina, has continued with great satisfaction the activities of restoration, keeping alive the tradition of the cuisine of Brianza, in a family atmosphere.
The only day of closing is on Saturdays at lunch. Throughout the week and especially on Saturdays, reservation is recommended.
The restaurant is the perfect place to hold ceremonies and weddings, business dinners and lunches, outdoor dinners and lunches, theme parties and dinners for wine tasting.
The tavern is friend of nature and animals: it is surrounded by greenery and next to a river and allows pets–friends to get along with their owners.
