Outstanding interpreter of the Viareggio tradition of good eating, its location could only be the Dock, in the heart of the old area of the Viareggio port, transforming itself over the years from a typical Trattoria to a high quality Restaurant. The venue, air–conditioned, has about 65 seats inside and other 15 in the summer veranda. The environment is characterized by an elegant and welcoming atmoshpere, given by the care about details, the quality of the service offerd and, most of all, the attention reserved to the treatment of guests. The kitchen is organized and run by a young staff, with Marco, Daniele and Michela ready to satisfy customers always in the best way.
All this allows us to prepare each dish adapting the way we cook to any type of fish that needs special attention, and in any case following always the best Viareggio tradition.
