At Da Pino you can taste delicate seafood crudités, wonderful dishes of “alla Catalana” or “alla Campidanese” shellfish (lobster in particular), Sardinian spawning with lobster, Bavettine with prawns, squid and Bottarga of Cabras, or Spaghettini with broad lobster, the legendary Paranza fry coming directly from the boats of the Viareggio dock, without forgetting the tasty pan–fried scampi, and local prawns and fish. All accompanied by fine wines and oils of high–quality label.
The genuineness and the quality of the products is also ensured by the continuous search for the best raw materials that our sea offers and by the family management. In effect, today, Pino is helped by the new generation: Riccardo and Alfredo, son and grandson, respectively, work in the kitchen; while his son Marco deals with the choice of wines, working as a sommelier in the dinning room with the help of his cousin Federica.
Welcoming is guaranteed by his wife Patrizia, who delights the palates of customers with her mouth–watering desserts.
