We only use local fish and especially oily fish, trying not to overlook wild boar meat, Cinta Senese piglet, and many other products depending on the season.
The wine cellar offers about 60 labels, among which the Cornia Valley wines, Tuscan and from other regions wines, Italian sparkling wines with a look beyond borders: Champagne of small French wineries, red wines from California, New Zealand, South America.
