The kitchen serves traditional dishes, characterized by genuineness and lightness. A large fireplace allows the preparation of grilled specialties. After starting with cold cuts, you will continue tasting pasta with game sauce, Strozzapreti pasta with ragout, buckwheat Gnocchetti with butter, melted cheese and potatoes, Conchiglie pasta with speck ham. As a second course: beef stews and braised beef, or beef chops, grilled pork, kid with rosemary. The wine list, which is attached to the menu, is very well–stocked.
