The restaurant offers a simple and characteristic environment with three cosy dining rooms, warm and welcoming, where you can taste with tranquillity excellent dishes prepared with care and refinement. The two owners, one in the rooms and the other in the kitchen, can delight your palates with outstanding recipes. The kitchen is based on genuine products of the Tuscan Maremma, worked and prepared with care, as the peasant tradition wants. Among them, hand–rolled pasta, with rolling pin and pastry board, game and the typical Chianina meat.
Seasonal dishes of the day are always present: browned snails with Lesser Calamint, pork ground and bacon, tripe, codfish with onions or baked with chickpeas, lamb in white, and hare.
