The chef chooses personally ingredients, focusing on fresh seasonal fruits and vegetables, certified meats such as Chianina or Cinta Senese, venison, wild boar meat, the best black and white truffles.

You can, then, enjoy appetizers of meat (salami, rolls) and of fish (octopus carpaccio, shrimp) which can accompany croutons and bruschetta of unsalted bread.
