In Galeatasi you find the Osteria of Via Zannetti, in the street of the same name reminding the doctor Ferdinando Zannetti, known because he cured Garibaldi after his injury in Aspromonte. The restaurant is nice and cozy, and since 2007 serves typical of Romagna flavors, finely revisited by the inspiration of Marco, the Chef belonging to the Italian Cooks Federation.
The love of food led him to combine tradition with innovation revisiting recipes of Romagna with imagination and taste, always favoring ingredients and local products also reported by Slow Food (salt of Cervia, Mora Romagnola, Razza Bovina Romagnola I.G.P., Brisighella oil D.O.P., and much more). To us, seasonality is important, as we offer various menus according to the natural periodic availability of the best food.
