The place is located in the center of Campi Bisenzio, a Tuscan location famous for its cuisine based on sheep meat. The tavern, situated in Piazza Fra Ristoro 10, was opened as a inn in the far 1950, when they served Migliaccio and glasses of wine to the early morning. The tavern has always maintained the tradition of the “Campi Bisenzio cuisine”, and is still today run by two real “Campi Bisenzio citizens”: Nadia and Roberta. The typical dishes are prepared following the original recipes that have been handed down generation after generation, jealously guarded by families.
