Alle Rose tavern was founded in 1985 by an idea of Rosanna Fa and Gianni Briarava.
This was a family partnership that, over time, saw the entrance of Cristina, Marco and Alberto, and sought, and still seeks, to keep faith with its guidelines that, in simplicity, in respect of raw materials, in the promotion of the area and in courtesy, find their cornerstones.
A family–run tavern in the center of Salò with a pleasant outdoor area, and a few concessions of the folklore of the lake, handled with a special respect for its products.
The choice of simplicity is the most clever evolution, for the tavern of a village. We follow this line consistently with a kitchen that reminds you of home: fresh, tasty, healthy, without extravagant combinations or sounding products.
