The first historical documents report the current tavern as Caffè San Giuseppe, located in Contrada San Giorgio, then Via San Giorgio and in the end Via Gasparo da Salò at the number 12, currently street number 32. The first report with the name of Caffè Giuseppe dates back to 1880 and continues with this documented sign until 1907. Since then it has been reported as café without sign. In 1910 Via San Giorgio is called Gasparo da Salò; only in 1933 the venue in question (tavern) is reported, but there may be a typographical error. Then, it resumed the title of Café, arriving in 1963 to be named a tavern. In addition, given the continuation of the long management of the holder Bianchi, the venue in question was reported as Caffè Bianchi, to arrive to recent times to be named with the sign "Osteria al Bianchi". The tavern offers its guests traditional dishes of Brescia made with the skills and love of those who believe in the importance of traditions and popular knowledge. We have also a winery of quality wines, both native and from other regions.
