The cuisine of Christian is traditional, creative according to the season and the market. The Chef has been awarded by all gastronomic guides and was the youngest Michelin starred chef in South Tyrol. The Cuisine is minded by his wife and Sommelier Lenka with more than 400 labels of selected wines. It has a romantic "stube" and an elegant room. For the summer service, the restaurant offers a beautiful terrace.
