Ten minutes from the heart of Cortina d’Ampezzo, in Rumerlo locality, nestled in a breathtaking landscape you will find the Baita Piè Tofana restaurant.
The restaurant has three internal rooms for a total of 60 seats and a sun terrace with other 50 seats. The kitchen serves traditional local dishes. Here you can taste some specialties of the area, like a vegetable pie with salad of barley and tomato coulis, or the "Toc in Braide" (polenta with cream of cheese), then, red casunziei in Ampezzo style, onion soup au gratin, duck breast with honey and juniper with pan–fried vegetables and venison loin with cereals and flan of mushrooms and potato.
To finish with sweetness, you can indulge in a lavender créme brule, a gratin of peaches with cream or a chocolate fondue with fresh and dried fruit.
