The Osteria in Aboca is the definition of tradition. Massimilano and Monica run a business established by Massimiliano's grandfather in 1944. The premises were, for many years, the home of a food shop run by Massimiliano's Grandfather, which was always distinguished by the quality of its produce.
Massimiliano's great passion for cooking has transformed the business into a restaurant where even in this modern age you can taste the simple goodness of days gone by.
Our kitchen fully embraces local tradition and celebrates the flavours of our area, which is at the crossroads of four regions.
In preparing our dishes we pay particular attention to the freshness of our ingredients. We only use certified organic foods, fresh and in season. You will find all the “fruits of the forest” on our tables, beginning with game and ending with mushrooms and truffles. All our pasta dishes are prepared.
