In summer, Borgoforra will welcome you in the cool panoramic terrace and in the garden, while in winter a warm fireplace waits for you. The chef offers typical Tuscan specialities, revisited and enriched, from Acquacotta, to baked cod flan, to Valdarno D.O.P. chicken, to Zolfini beans, to soups, to truffles and pore mushrooms.
