Our restaurant serves typical dishes of our land of peasants, rich in flavors and and marine and peasant fragrances.
The “maccu” that was once the food of the poor, today has resumed its traditional taste in the Mediterranean diet, ciciotta would be the polenta of the South with flour and strictly wild vegetables and local sausage.
Our dishes are paired with wines of strong and gentle character, like black Zibibbo, white D’avola and Inzolia of Sicily.
