Later he focused on the production of extra virgin olive oil. Today the company established in the network, manages about 70 hectares of olive groves with different types of olive cultivars, this has allowed in the 2000s to innovate in terms of product by creating the special selection of monocultivars which consists of six varieties of oils (Dolce di Rossano, Nocellara, Coratina, Carolea, Tondina and Biancolilla).
