Dr. Bernabei has won in time many awards for his hard work, such as the Wine Oscar in 2000 for Best Oenologist, the Rigoletto D’Argento Award in 2005, the Mi Wine Award and the Bacco D’Oro Award for Oenology in 2006, the Dino Casini Award in 2008, and with a skill worthy of King Midas, he has led to excellence many Italian grape varieties, following them from the study of plant systems to the management analysis.
The Enoproject method is summed up in the phrase «Before vine, then wine». A sentence that demonstrates the simplicity and completeness of a methodology that cares first about the environment, raw material and territory.
