Born in 1970, he obtained the diploma of Agricultural Expert with specialization in viticulture and oenology at the Celso Ulpiani Institute of Ascoli Piceno in the school year 1989/90.
He started his career as lab head gaining experience in different realities like CIV and CIV of Modena, the P.E.MPA Winery of Imola and the Fazi Battaglia Winery of Castelplanio, in 1995 he was selected by the Villa Pigna Winery of Offida as quality control manager.
At the same time he attended scientific training courses and two years later he was asked to hold the role of technical director at the Villa Pigna winery, dealing first with the winery and bottling and then also with the supervision of the farm.
In 2004 he founded Opus Vini, a wine, oenology and legislation consulting firm.
He is technical adviser of various wine realities in Marche and in Abruzzo.
It is registered in the roll of wine experts of the province of Ascoli Piceno and holds the role of secretary at Assoenologi Marche.
He is member of the tasting boards of the DOC and DOCG wines at the local Chambers of Commerce of Ascoli Piceno, Teramo and Macerata.

Opus Wine, marrying this new winemaking philosophy, seeks to enhance the potential of the company relying on the production area, the grape varieties grown and the work of man in order to enhance the personality of the future wine, working on the following points:
1) to interpret the taste and style of the wine to be produced so that it can convey the idea of the territory satisfying from an organoleptic point of view the taste of the consumer;
2) to orient certain practices of growing and harvesting in order to catalyze in grapes the territoriality and to transfer it in wine in the best physiological moment;
3) to adjust winemaking, aging and fining techniques aimed to respect the quality of grapes and pass them to wine.
