From 3:30 pm to 8:30 pm , at The Westin Palace Hotel (Milan) , in collaboration with AIS Lombardia , tasting stands will be set up where Euganean producers will present their wines to visitors. At 5:00 pm, journalist and sommelier Andrea Gori will illustrate their characteristics to the public, while journalist Sissi Baratella will reveal the unique features of the wine region via live video from the volcanic hills of the production area, allowing visitors a “full immersion” in the vineyards and woods of the Euganean Hills Regional Park.
The Rossi dei Colli Euganei are produced with grapes of Bordeaux origin (Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot and Carménère), rooted in the area for two centuries. Their cultivation embodies the harmony between human knowledge, varietal expression and the uniqueness of an extraordinary territory, recently recognized as a MAB Unesco Biosphere Reserve .
