The Roads of Wine and Flavors of Trentino together with Vinitaly Pavilion 3, Stand D1

The presence at the Verona fair will therefore be an opportunity to talk about the different territories and the initiatives planned over the next few months.

And so the Trentino Wine and Flavors Route will present a program of annual activities starting with Gemme di Gusto , a rich calendar of initiatives dedicated to spring, scheduled every weekend in the month of May, with walks among the rows of vines , trekking with tasting, tasty picnics in nature or panoramic aperitifs at sunset to close with the DiVin October review that celebrates the fruits of autumn. But not only. In fact, ample space will be given to Trips and Tasteful Experiences : multi-day packages or experiences to be enjoyed in the day on foot, by bike or by train, created ad hoc on the basis of tourist requests, where visits to producers alternate with those of cultural or naturalistic sites and stops at restaurateurs, from Lake Garda to the Dolomites, from Vallagarina to Piana Rotaliana, from Val di Cembra to Valsugana, naturally passing through Trento.

The Dolomites Cheese Route , operating in Val di Fiemme, Fassa and Primiero, will tell guests about the proposals dedicated to the summer, such as the Fiori, Erbe e Sapori review, over the three weekends from 2 to 18 June, which includes guided tours in flower fields, foraging immersions and cooking experiences alongside the chefs, but also picnics in Val Venegia and aperitifs in the garden at sunset, to name just a few. To mark on the agenda Mountain Spring , from 9 to 11 June, which brings together walks, forest baths and moments of knowledge of mountain flowers and herbs. At the end of June it's time for montegàr , with a series of experiences dedicated to the moment of the ascent to the mountain pastures of farmers and animals, which will be followed, in autumn, by the Desmontegade , the celebrations for the return of the cattle to the valley. And again AlbeinMalga , Sunsets in mountain pastures , open-door huts and the Tour of the huts . To complete the offer, the possibility of buying one of the many Cheesenics to be enjoyed in the open air, of having an experience at a Maso Trentino or of participating in the numerous moments of taste at Palazzo Scopoli, Primiero's Casa del Cibo .

The Road of Apples and Flavors , rooted in the Val di Non and in the Val di Sole, will focus above all on Aprile Dolce Fiorire , from 14 April to 2 May, an event dedicated to the blossoming of apple trees between walks in the orchards, peasant cooking courses, floral itineraries and guided tastings among hermitages, sanctuaries, castles and, of course, wineries, craft breweries and distilleries. Space, in particular, for Fiorinda , scheduled for 15 and 16 April, and for Quattro ville in fiore on 23 April, but also for the novelty Salotto del Gusto a Castello on Saturday 22 April at Castel Nanno. Visitors to Vinitaly will also be able to learn about the proposal of the Zicoria Festival di Sole in Val di Rabbi, which includes two weekends - from 21 to 24 April and from 28 April to 1 May - with interesting accompanied excursions in the Stelvio Park to observe the awakening of forest, workshops and tastings. The apple, a true symbol of these territories, will then be celebrated in its natural passage from flower to fruit, on the occasion of Pomaria in October.

Lastly, Vinitaly will be an opportunity to present and tell the world of professionals and winelovers present about the rich calendar of #trentinowinefest events, the wine events, among which those dedicated to testimonial wines stand out: DiVinNosiola, when wine becomes a saint , scheduled until 8 April between Valle dei Laghi and Trento; the Teroldego Exhibition , from 19 to 21 May in Mezzocorona; Müller Thurgau: Vino di Montagna , from 6 to 9 July in Cembra-Lisignago; Grapes and surroundings , from 1 to 3 September in Avio; La Vigna Excellent...and it's immediately Isera , from 8 to 10 September in Isera; and The night of the alembics lit , from 7 to 10 December in Santa Massenza di Vallelaghi.
