Not only introductory wine classes, but also a wide range of in-depth courses . A continuous approach to training, that of ONAV - National Organization of Wine Tasters, which begins 2024 with a new series of wine seminars aimed at enthusiasts in collaboration with the University of Turin , Department of Agricultural, Forestry and Food Sciences (UniTO DISAFA ).
After the experiences with Prof. Fregoni (2021), Prof. Lambri (2022) and Dr. Alessandra Biondi Bartolini (2023), ONAV Nazionale's commitment to education in the world of wine and oenology through a precise language that is at the same time understandable to all enthusiasts.
From 9 February to 6 December 2024, for 10 Fridays starting at 8.30pm, nationally renowned teachers and researchers will lead enthusiasts by the hand to discover scientific innovations in the world of wine with thematic webinars.
“Continuous training has always been in ONAV's DNA, but it is precisely this drive towards education, even about the lesser-known aspects of the world of wine, that differentiates us” says prof. Vincenzo Gerbi, president of the Scientific Council of ONAV. “For us it is essential to stimulate the curiosity and critical sense of our members, so that they can grow in their ability to understand and evaluate wines for informed consumption.”
The lessons are open to all 2024 members. Non-members can participate upon payment of the membership fee of Eur 80.00; for JUNIOR members (born between 2001 and 2006) the membership fee is Eur 50.00.
