DIVINE OCTOBER, THE EVENTS OF THE NEXT WEEKEND

The program of the third weekend of DiVin Ottobre, the Trentino Wine and Flavor Route event which celebrates autumn, is very rich.

It starts on Friday 13 October , at 4.00 pm , at the Cantine Mezzacorona-Rotari of San Michele all'Adige where the One Hundred and Nineteenth Harvest will take place, which includes an exclusive visit to discover the Teroldego Rotaliano paired with finger food from the Ristorante da Pino with cheeses from the Caseificio Sociale di Sabbionara, with a grappa-based finish. Starting from 5.30pm Santa Messere hosts Alambicchi Gourmet , an evening dedicated to Trentino grappa with a first stop at the Francesco Poli Distillery, accompanied by the story of a master distiller before continuing towards Hosteria Toblino for a dinner which will see the distillate paired with some dishes made with local products by chef Sebastian Sartorelli. From the welcome snack to a beef tartare accompanied by a grappa-based “Moscato Mule”. And then again an open ravioli with ossobuco, San Martino cheese foam and croissant green beans with Largiller Nosiola, a veal loin with its harvest mushroom reduction, pumpkin and tarragon with Baticòr Pinot Noir and a dessert based on pears and chocolate, with a selection of grappas to close the circle. At 6.00 pm in Borgo Valsugana Wine Food Valsugana is scheduled, an evening in the heart of the city dedicated to discovering the wine excellences of the area including Cenci Trentino and Terre del Lagorai paired with mountain cheeses and specialties from Valsugana Sapori. At 7.30 pm the appointment is at the La-Vis winery with True Colors, the art of autumn , an evening among the works of Cristina Moggio paired with the company's wines accompanied by Arturo Paoli's cured meats Specialità Alimentari and sweet delights of Gelateria Serafini. Finally at 8.00 pm, in Riva del Garda , it is the turn of From wine to Vermouth : an opportunity to deepen the knowledge of this product and the wines with which it is made, guided by professionals in the sector, in collaboration with A. Folletto and Agraria Riva del Garda, with combinations with gastronomic products from Macelleria Bertoldi and Azienda Agricola Fontanel. For info call 0464 552133.

On Saturday 14 October , from 8.30 to 16.30 , you can choose to spend a day in the mountains of Madonna di Campiglio for Unusual Flavors of Autumn : after a walk accompanied by an expert at Lake Malghette with a focus on the world of water, will participate in a tasting of fish products together with the Trota Oro producers followed by the possibility of an à la carte lunch at the Viviani refuge. In the afternoon, musical entertainment and tasting of craft beers together with the master brewers. On Saturday 14th and Sunday 15th October , Maroni returns to Drena in celebration , with music, workshops, show cooking, walks and tastings in collaboration with the “La Quadra” Agricultural Company, Cooperativa Castanicoltori Trentino Alto Adige and La Casina Typical Restaurant. On the same days there will also be Flavors of Autumn in Brentonico , with a mountain market, an aperitif with typical products of Monte Baldo and a space dedicated to current topics in agriculture, ancient crafts, workshops, activities for the little ones and on Saturday morning, at Palazzo Eccheli Baisi a conference entitled "The climate changes, the mountains respond". On Sunday 15 October the Divine Wine Trekking returns to Piana Rotaliana : a walk of around 90 minutes along 4.6 km of route, partly on a mountain forest path and partly through the vineyards. At the end of the tour, an unmissable stop in the wine shop to taste some of the best Endrizzi wines, accompanied by a local gastronomic proposal. DOLO-VINI-MITI also continues , the vertical wine festival between Val di Cembra and Val di Fiemme , including tastings, experiences in the cellar and distillery, aperitifs in the shadow of the Dolomites and beyond. Among the events on the calendar, from 4.00 pm on Saturday onwards, the Caneve en festa , a traveling dinner among the typical wrapped dishes of Cembra with 8 stages from appetizer to dessert, seasoned with excellent wines, art and good music. For the whole weekend, from 13 to 15 October , Autunno DiVino a Besenello is also scheduled, a party in the historic center of the town to celebrate the end of the grape harvest with food and wine stands, live music and DJ sets, but also craft exhibitions and of art. Focus, in particular, on Moscato Giallo Trentino Superiore, thanks to the participation of Agriturismo Salizzoni, Cantina Aldeno, Cantina Sociale di Trento and Vivallis. The Autumn Snacks will conclude the DiVin Ottobre weekend on Sunday 15 October . After a free walk to immerse yourself in the foliage of the local woods, the appointment is at Innesti Restaurant in the heart of Pergine Valsugana , where from 6.30 pm Chef Daniele Tomasi will delight the palate with a journey to discover seasonal products in a atmosphere enlivened by Mattia Nardin – Acoustic Lounge Live Music. The delicious gastronomic proposal with goat cheese, peclin and apple, polenta and Lucanica puff pastry, cheese pancake, mushroom crouton, pumpkin cappuccino and Puzzone di Moena, pressed dumpling with cabbage salad can be combined with the glasses of local Cenci Trentino producers , Terre del Lagorai and Birrificio degli Arimanni, before finishing on a sweet note with apple pancake with hazelnut ice cream and chestnut biscuits. To experience the events of the event with a completely relaxing and tasty proposal, there is also the Autumn Gourmet Long Weekend at the Grand Hotel Terme di Comano , which combines a full immersion in gastronomy and well-being, with visits to the member producers of the Wine Route and Flavors of Trentino, guided tastings, dinners with local products and relaxing massages with essential oils.

DiVin Ottobre is organized thanks to the support of Trentino Marketing, the coordination of the Strada del Vino e del Sapori del Trentino, as part of the promotion of the provincial wine events signed #trentinowinefest, the support of the Trentino Alto Adige Region and the collaboration with La Trentina.
