We start with Autumnus , an event organized by the Pro Loco of Trento in its third edition which until Sunday offers a rich schedule of tastings, workshops and show cooking dedicated to Trentino products in the most beautiful locations of the capital. Among the scheduled initiatives, the narrated aperitifs in the rooms of Palazzo Festi: moments of guided "one-to-one" tasting with experts and producers of the Trentino Wine and Flavor Route and the Dolomite Cheese Route, in collaboration with ONAV Trento. In particular, on Friday afternoon from 5.30pm to 7.00pm, with Vette di Gusto , the focus will be on the cheeses from the Caseificio Sociale Predazzo Moena della Val di Fiemme, accompanied by the artisanal bread from Panificio Tecchiolli della Valle dei Laghi and chestnut-based preparations from the Coop . Castanicultori del Trentino AA, paired with wines from the Cembra Valley from Cantina di La-Vis, Cembra Cantina di Montagna and Villa Corniole. Saturday morning , from 11.00 to 12.30, during the Assaggi di Trentino event, space will be given to ASTRO's fish products , accompanied by artisanal bread from Sosi Trentino paired with labels of wines produced from Valsugana to Alto Garda, with Terre del Lagorai and Agraria Riva del Garda, passing through Vallagarina with Vivallis. On Sunday morning , with Kaleidoscopio tra Vini e Sapori from 11.00 to 12.30, we return to the dairy specialties of the Cimbrian Altipiani with the Caseificio Sociale Altipiani del Vézzena, ranging towards the slopes of Bondone with a selection of excellences from the Salumeria Belli and towards Vallagarina with artisan bread from the Panificio Moderno paired with oenological products from the Piana Rotaliana of the Monfort and Rotari-Mezzacorona wineries. From 20 to 22 October in Brentonico , from 10.00 to 22.00 , it is time for the Castione Marrone Festival , a weekend dedicated to this excellence of the area, including roasted chestnuts, live music, walks guided by experts through the chestnut groves and many other initiatives . Only for Friday 20 October , at 4.00 pm , the One Hundred and Nineteenth Harvest is back on stage at the Mezzacorona-Rotari Cellars of San Michele all'Adige , which includes an exclusive visit to discover the Teroldego Rotaliano paired with finger food from the Ristorante da Pino with cheeses from the Caseificio Sociale di Sabbionara, with a grappa-based finish. Moving to Valle dei Laghi, starting from 5.30 pm , Santa Messere hosts Alambicchi Gourmet , an evening dedicated to Trentino grappa with a first stop at the Francesco Poli Distillery, accompanied by the story of a master distiller before continuing towards Hosteria Toblino for a dinner that will see pair the spirit with some dishes made with local products by chef Sebastian Sartorelli. From the welcome snack to a beef tartare accompanied by a grappa-based “Moscato Mule”. And then again an open ravioli with ossobuco, San Martino cheese foam and croissant green beans with Largiller Nosiola, a veal loin with its harvest mushroom reduction, pumpkin and tarragon with Baticòr Pinot Noir and a dessert based on pears and chocolate, with a selection of grappas to close the circle.
