The mission of the Salone del Vino Torino 2025 is to tell the story of Piedmont's winemaking heritage in all its facets, involving all the wine territories of our region , examining their typicality and uniqueness , and analyzing new trends and the challenges of the future .
The Turin Wine Fair 2025 is organized by KLUG APS with the patronage and support of the City of Turin, the Turin Chamber of Commerce, Unioncamere Piemonte, Turismo Torino e Provincia ; with the patronage and support of the Piedmont Region , the Metropolitan City of Turin , Amiat Gruppo Iren , with the contribution of the CRT Foundation and the Compagnia di San Paolo Foundation.
" The Salone del Vino Torino 2025 is growing both in its exhibition spaces and in its collaborations with the world of Piedmontese wine, allowing the general public even more to learn about the characteristics, peculiarities and varieties of each of our vines, through the numerous free masterclasses. We are very proud of this edition: it will be an immersive and participatory experience. A unique week, for Turin and Piedmont " , underlines Patrizio Anisio, Director of the Salone del Vino di Torino .
" Turin and wine are linked by an indissoluble thread, made of passion and innovation - underlines the Councilor for Sport, Major Events and Tourism of the City of Turin, Domenico Carretta - A bond that every year the Salone del Vino Torino helps to strengthen through the story of the great labels and new wine realities, but also of the stories and families of those who, every day, work to offer the best of local and national production. Also for this edition, the Salone del Vino will be enriched by a rich OFF program, dedicated to all enthusiasts of the sector and visitors who wish to delve deeper into the relationship between wine, tradition and innovation. The OGR Torino, together with other evocative locations in the city, will transform into an extraordinary stage, hosting over 500 wineries and more than 50 events, talks, workshops and masterclasses that will involve the public in a unique sensory journey ".
" The Salone del Vino Torino is the largest showcase of Piedmontese wine in its capital. Producers, consortia, wine shops from all over Piedmont are present with a rich display of their production, from the great labels to heroic and niche wines - says the Councilor for Trade, Agriculture and Food, Hunting and Fishing, Parks of the Piedmont Region Paolo Bongioanni – The Salone del Vino represents for this reason an important opportunity on the road to that organic relationship between quality agri-food production and territory, which is the objective that the Piedmont Region is working towards with determination. We must increasingly promote the Piedmont brand through our excellent foods and wines, ambassadors of a land where landscape, history, food, material and immaterial culture express a formidable potential, capable of generating tourism, knowledge and repercussions on the entire supply chain. Piedmontese wine, in this plan, is the trailblazer: the locomotive capable of pulling the entire sector of our agri-food on national and international markets towards the place it deserves .
" As the Turin Chamber of Commerce, we support the Salone del Vino Torino to promote the local wine sector ," explains Dario Gallina, president of the Turin Chamber of Commerce . " First of all, our Torino DOC project will be the protagonist, which enhances the seven Denominations of Origin, with the awarding of approximately 40 companies selected as excellent for the two-year period 2025/26. Furthermore, thanks to the chamber project Maestri del Gusto of Turin and the province and the collaboration with CioccolaTò, we guarantee masterclasses, talks and tastings to disseminate the best combinations between the various excellences. We therefore create synergies between wine, food and culture, fueling an integrated and quality tourist offer ."
