At the Vinnaeria by Accademia di Capriva del Friuli it's time for Rosé Summer, a special "in pink" tasting

Art calls art . It should therefore not be surprising if Simonit&Sirch , the "Master Pruners" requested by the most famous Italian and international fashion houses. And, gem within a gem, the Vinnaeria by Accademia , a meeting and tasting place in the heart of the prized Collio wine area.

At the Vinnaeria - open on weekends , from Friday to Sunday - as well as always having the opportunity to taste , in combination with cold dishes and platters with local products, a fine selection of wines from Friuli Venezia Giulia as well as labels from the renowned wineries from all over the world where the unique professionalism of Simonit&Sirch Vine Master Pruners is required, special events for wine lovers are also regularly organised.

This month the Wine Experience , dedicated to rosé wines that have recently become very trendy and have particularly summery notes, is scheduled for Saturday 27 July, from 6.30 pm. Pop Up Tasting - Rosé Summer will offer six great Italian rosé wines by the glass (Contadi Castaldi: Rosé Brut, Franciacorta DOCG , Tenuta La Badiola: Acquagiusta 2023, Maremma Toscana DOC and Feudi di San Gregorio: “San Greg” Campania Rosato IGP ) and French (Domaines Ott: Chateau Romassan 2023, Bandol , Chateau Réaut: Rosé De Réaut 2022, Bordeaux and Domaine Royal de Jarras: Secret Of Pink 2022, Sable De Camargue IGP ), combined with the delicious appetizers designed and prepared for the occasion by Vegan Chef Alessia Fantini .

The evening, by reservation (maximum availability of 35 seats), costs 49 euros per person and includes the "A touch of rosé" dress code .
