See you in Riva del Garda from 2 to 5 February 2026 for an important anniversary: the 50th edition
The 2025 edition of Hospitality – Il Salone dell'Accoglienza, the leading international trade fair in Italy in the hospitality and catering sector, organized by Riva del Garda Fierecongressi, closes with a positive balance. Four days of exhibition, networking, events and experience for the HoReCa world.
“ This year we recorded 20,000 professional visitors, a number that underlines the fair's commitment to ensuring a complete and quality offer for operators in the hospitality world – underlines Roberto Pellegrini, President of Riva del Garda Fierecongressi . – Interesting is the 26% of new companies out of a total of over 750 exhibitors, and extremely positive is the satisfaction of the companies that this year have once again chosen Riva del Garda to develop their business, a sign that Hospitality represents an important opportunity to intercept the ideal partners and all the latest market trends. All this confirms that we are proceeding in the right direction and that it is necessary to continue investing and working also in view of an important milestone, the 50th edition .”
A constantly growing community
Uniting exhibitors and visitors from all areas of hospitality are over 100 events with 160 prominent speakers and a single common thread, which passes through innovation, technology and sustainability, key concepts for the future of HoReCa.
“ This is a virtuous contamination between the different sectors, which has generated new opportunities for growth and collaboration - says Alessandra Albarelli, General Manager of Riva del Garda Fierecongressi . – Hospitality is much more than a fair: it is a space for discussion between operators and experts, a place where ideas meet and intertwine, like communicating vessels of innovative experiences .”
The international presence
The 2025 edition saw a strong international presence thanks to the important scouting activity carried out by Hospitality and the collaboration with the ICE Agency (ITA - Italian Trade Agency). Over 70 buyers from 20 strategic countries for the hotel and restaurant market visited the fair: Albania, Finland, Germany, Lithuania, Serbia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, Ukraine, Hungary, Latin America, Egypt, Kenya, South Arabia and the UK. The contract sector was particularly attractive, of central interest for 50% of international buyers, while approximately 30% focused on Food & Beverage, segments in which the value of Made in Italy is particularly perceived.
High quality of products and interesting solutions is the comment collected by the participants, who declared to have found inspirations for their business.
The voice of buyers
Ibrahim Youssef - Guest Experience & Quality Manager VIVIENDA Luxury Villas Hotel (Saudi Arabia)
"I discovered a solution that I believe will significantly change our business. It is a QR code that can be placed in guests' rooms, allowing them to immediately access personal applications, such as Netflix and Google, using their credentials. As a luxury hotel chain, we are always looking for innovations that enhance the experience of our guests, ensuring the highest level of satisfaction and comfort. This technology aligns perfectly with our vision."
Frank Schaal – CEO of BVCD Bundesverband der Campingwirtschaft, Federal Association of the Camping Industry (Germany)
"The camping industry in Germany is experiencing strong growth. The hospitality fair is a valuable opportunity because it brings together entrepreneurs and companies that offer interesting solutions for our market. I have noticed a creative ferment and a strong focus on the quality of the products and services offered, which is why I am convinced that the ideas and contacts acquired will contribute significantly to improving our offer in the German market."

2026 will be a special year for Hospitality – Il Salone dell'Accoglienza, which will celebrate its 50th edition, an important milestone for an event that continues to dictate the trends of an ever-changing sector.
On the journey towards 2026, the Fair does not stop in Riva del Garda. Next week, it will be the protagonist, together with WMF – We Make Future, at Casa Sanremo , the official hospitality area of the Italian song festival, a place where important ideas and synergies are born. A new opportunity to promote the values of the event – people, accessibility and innovation – and create new connections with the world of music, cinema and tourism.
“The presence at Casa Sanremo follows the very successful one last year at Fuorisalone where we were present with the DI OGNUNO project. These opportunities allow us to take our commitment to more accessible and inclusive hospitality beyond the confines of the fair, engaging in dialogue with different sectors and narrating the spirit of Hospitality also in new and transversal areas” , concludes Giovanna Voltolini, Exhibition Manager of Hospitality .
