The Villa Saletta Tour starts again, a journey with the wines of the Palaia (Pi) farm around Italy with important wine and gastronomic signatures .
This year the tour, in its third edition, has chosen signature pizza as its theme and will see the labels from the Tuscan winery arrive in some of the most important pizzerias in the Bel Paese.
Villa Saletta, an ancient farm of over 1400 hectares with vineyards, olive groves, villages, poplar groves, truffle groves, arable land and woods, as well as three villas for high-quality hospitality and a large project for the construction of a "seven star" resort in the The ancient village of Villa Saletta, one of the most scenic film sets (we remember La Notte di San Lorenzo by the Taviani Brothers), will tour Italy with its labels and some of the most important names in the world of wine and food, stopping in pizzerias in the Bel Paese that love and enhance the combination of pizza and Bacchus' nectar.
There will be five stages of the 2023 edition thanks to which , by participating in the evenings proposed by the pizza chefs who will create tasty leavened products that best match the labels of Villa Saletta, you will be able to learn about the wine production of the company where Sangiovese, Cabernet Franc, cabernet sauvignon and merlot from which we obtain a classic method sparkling wine from sangiovese, a rosé blend of all the company's grapes, a Chianti Superiore Docg and three IGT Tuscany reds.
Accompanying Villa Saletta on this delicious journey will be five Italian journalists who will be present at every single evening together with the company's administrator and technical director David Landini and will introduce the reality and its references to the public present.
