Farine di Flôr , a gastronomic event dedicated to ancient flours and cereals , returns to Sutrio (one of the most characteristic Carnic villages) on Sunday 15 October . The protagonists are the mills, flours and delicacies of Carnia. A journey full of taste - between traditional dishes and local craft beers - which celebrates the local peasant culture. A rural and genuine culture, of which another sovereign is Malga cheese, to which Formandi, an exhibition-market of the best dairy production in the Friulian mountains, is dedicated on the same day.
