It's the Netflix of Italian food and wine: the Gamberorosso.tv platform debuts. Accessible at any time on any type of device , structured as a true on-demand provider of all the most successful series in the world of food & wine . From Giorgione's recipes and those of Vito and his very Bolognese Bicocchi family, passing through Max's sandwiches to the world of haute cuisine with great protagonists, historic and less so, such as Pascucci and Igles Corelli, Peppe Guida and Cristiano Tomei.
The schedule is constantly updated with three new episodes every day. Plenty of space for recipes, traditional or signature, travel reports from Italy and the world, insights into food & health and of course lots of wine, with tastings and vineyard tours. There are many series and episodes already online, with a series of totally new content that will be uploaded in the coming weeks, visible on Smart TVs on channel 257 of digital terrestrial.

It will be a challenge to update our know-how with an increasingly current and dynamic language. From today we have one more tool to promote the authentic Italian flavor”.
The technological platform is innovative, custom-developed by Persidera, a leading Italian player in the sector, with completely renewed graphics, designed by TB Design by Tina Berenato, in line with all the innovations of Gambero Rosso, from the new website to the historic paper magazine, to close with the wide range of sector guides.
