The Consorzio Tutela Formaggio Asiago confirms and strengthens the path of collaborations in the world of wine and enters into a partnership with the Associazione Italiana Sommelier Veneto (AIS Veneto) to promote new paths of discovery of the uniqueness of Asiago cheese in the encounter with excellent wine productions.

Asiago cheese, the only product so eclectic as to offer maturations ranging from twenty days to over ten years, meets the knowledge and expertise of AIS Veneto in the valorization of wine, creating a synergy that unites taste, innovation and quality .
