Asiago cheese, the only product so eclectic as to offer maturations ranging from twenty days to over ten years, meets the knowledge and expertise of AIS Veneto in the valorization of wine, creating a synergy that unites taste, innovation and quality . The partnership includes a complex program of activities with dedicated events, guided tastings and training sessions aimed at professionals in the sector and enthusiasts with the aim of telling the uniqueness and distinctiveness of Asiago cheese, rich in a wide range of maturations, emerging niches and long maturations, educating on the optimal pairing with wines and promoting a conscious culture of food and wine. After having awarded, last September 20, the Best Sommelier of Veneto 2024 with an exclusive form of Asiago Stravecchio aged over 15 months, the Consortium will be alongside AIS Veneto on the occasion of the presentation of Vinetia - The Guide to Veneto wines scheduled for November 18 in Venice, in the prestigious location of Ca' Sagredo, to celebrate the best labels of 2024.
