Bacco & Baccalà is back in Sandrigo, the event dedicated to pairing wines and cod-based dishes with Stoccafisso di Lofoten PGI. The gourmet aperitif, scheduled for Sunday 17 September from 17.30 to 22.00 in the large park and under the arcades of Villa Mascotto in Ancignano di Sandrigo (Vicenza), will host a tasting counter of over 80 labels and, for the first time, a selection of Champagnes . The entrance ticket, at a cost of 25 euros , offers a complete experience that includes access to the Villa and the park, 8 tickets for wine tasting (excluding Champagne), a trio of stockfish-based appetizers of Lofoten IGP, a first course of cod, Asiago Lattebusche cheese, taralli and the dessert made by the Treviso Academy of Tiramisù. Wineries from various regions of Italy will be protagonists, including Ferrari, Donnafugata, Casali Maniago, Fratelli Berlucchi, Cantina Tramin, Marco Felluga, Anselmi, Tenutefosca, Maculan, Ca' Biasi, Selezioni Roberta Moresco, Tenuta Natalina Grandi, Cantina Beato Bartolomeo Breganze and Boscodivino. For those wishing to explore the world of Champagne, a 15 euro ticket is available, which can be purchased individually and is already in presale online subject to availability , which allows the tasting of 3 labels chosen from the Champagnes of the producers: Mallol-Gantois della Côte des Blancs, Casters Louis and Jean Noel Haton from the Vallée de la Marne, Larnaudie-Hirault, Monmarthe and Luoise Nicaise from the Montagne de Reims. The two tickets can be combined, allowing participants to create an experience tailored to their tastes. The event, which is not limited to delighting the palate, also offers an art exhibition set up inside the rooms of Villa Mascotto curated by Marzia Rigo entitled Artisticamente donna , a tribute to historical and mythological figures through painting and drawing.
