For the third consecutive year, UmbriaTop , the cooperative that brings together the majority of Umbrian wineries, will participate in the Slow Wine Fair in Bologna , scheduled for 23 to 25 February 2025. Umbrian producers will be present in Pavilion 5, Stand G3, with stations from 1 to 21 , bringing the territory's winemaking excellence to the fair.
“ Slow Fair represents an important opportunity to promote the Umbrian territory through the story of its cellars and virtuous production practices, in compliance with the Slow philosophy, based on sustainability, authenticity and quality ”, explains Massimo Sepiacci , president of UmbriaTop.
The presence of Umbrian wineries at the Slow Wine Fair confirms the companies' constant interest in direct contact with buyers, restaurateurs and wine enthusiasts, enhancing native production in a context that promotes respect for biodiversity and local traditions.
