GUIDO MARTINETTI SIGNS THE LIMITED EDITION GELATO OF THE BARBERA D'ASTI WINE FESTIVAL 2024

In the beating heart of Monferrato, the Barbera D'Asti Wine Festival is preparing to celebrate an unprecedented event that will take place from September 6 to 15. With a program rich in culture, art and winemaking tradition, the festival is proud to announce an exclusive collaboration with Guido Martinetti, known for having revolutionized the world of gelato with Grom and today an esteemed winemaker with his Mura Mura winery, founded together with his friend and partner Federico Grom. In this edition of the festival, Martinetti introduces an exclusive variant of Barbera DOCG gelato, available only in the event's food trucks. This limited edition creation is not just a product, but a symbol of Martinetti's ongoing commitment to a territory, such as Costigliole d'Asti, which has always inspired him in his personal and entrepreneurial journey. “ Participating in this festival in a place so dear to me and from which I have always drawn inspiration and creative energy is truly exciting ,” Martinetti reflects. “ This gelato embodies my passion for excellence and the desire to innovate, while keeping my roots firmly rooted in the rich land of Monferrato .” With a base of Fiordipanna, enriched with a reduction of Barbera d'Asti DOCG and chopped Piedmont IGP hazelnuts, the gelato thus becomes a tribute to the riches of Monferrato.
