Characteristics:
The Offida Pecorino wine has yellow color with greenish hues, it has a
characteristic, pleasant aroma, and in the mouth it is
dry, typical, characteristic.
Serving suggestions:
Excellent with dishes based on fish, shellfish, soups and white meats.
Production area:
Provinces of Ascoli Piceno and Fermo.
Vines that are allowed to produce it:
Pecorino (minimum 85%). To produce this wine, also grapes from other white grape varieties suitable for cultivation in the Marche region can contribute (for a maximum of 15%).
