PLANT: Kennel Guyot with a density of 8,400 vines per hectare in the younger vines and 5,000 vines per hectare in the oldest vineyards. HARVEST: Manual, divided by maturation of different plots in the month of September. WINE: Soft Systems for receipt of grapes, with long cycle direct pressing, settling and fermentation at low temperature and aging on its lees for three months in stainless steel tanks. BOTTLING: in February, to enhance the fruit, with output of wine after a few weeks. YIELD: 85 quintals per hectare
