A native variety, closely linked to the territory and local traditions, almost unknown in other regions of the Mediterranean. Bora and drought resistant, gives life to a fine wine and elegant, moderately alcoholic, straw-yellow color, with a delicate scent of flowers and hay karst. The flavor is dry, with a hint of almond, is widely used as aperitif and goes well all the appetizers, main dishes, delicate and light fish.
