The Collio & Collio is a summary of the land, result of the selection of the best and the most typical grapes of this prestigious Doc area: the Yellow Ribolla, Tocai Friulano and Malvasia, a cuvee used for centuries by the winemakers in the area. It is a good wine with appetizers of fish, shellfish, but also with the soup, the vegetable soups, mullet of Livorno and caciucco, the pasta with furtti sea or cliff.
