Organoleptic characteristics: Its color is straw yellow or golden with greenish glares. Its smell is complex, with aromas of pear, mango and banana. In the mouth it is very persistent with hints of fruit and sweet spices, and a right level of acidity that makes it quite cool. Serving suggestions: It is served with white meats and seasoned cheese, and is excellent on second courses of fish. Production area: Ruffoli hill, Greve in Chianti. Production techniques: During the refinement, a bâtonnage is carried out every week (a technique that allows to move the wine bringing sediment in suspension). Borgognotte barriques made of French oak are used. Grape varieties allowed for its production: Chardonnay (50%) and Pinot Blanc (50%).
