The refermented in the bottle is the most traditional expression of wine in Valdobbiadene. Luigi Follador produces this wine in full respect of the ancient local customs, associating modern knowledge. Thus was born, after a spring refermentation in the bottle, a straw-yellow wine with floral, fruity aromas and with a savory and dry taste.
