Description of the wine: Volpolo is an elegant Bordeaux style red wine, fresh, spicy and involving. Organoleptic characteristics: Volpolo has ruby red color with garnet reflections. It has a spicy scent with notes of blueberry, that emanates freshness. The flavour is balanced and savoury. Serving suggestions: Important main courses, grilled or roasted red meats, aged cheese. Production area: Tuscany Production techniques: The alcoholic fermentation takes place in steel tanks at controlled temperature with a long maceration on the vinasse. Vines that are allowed to produce it: Cabernet Sauvignon (70%), Merlot (15%) and Petit Verdot (15%).
