Description of the wine: Solerto is a typical Tuscan red wine (IGT Toscana), bottled directly by the producer, the result of an ancient tradition. Organoleptic characteristics: Solerto has ruby red color, with the typical Sangiovese aromas of violet. Serving suggestions: Main courses based on meat sauces and second courses of red meat. Production area: Gaiole in Chianti, Tuscany. Grape varieties allowed to produce it: Sangiovese (85-90%), Canaiolo, Malvasia del Chianti (5-6%) and Trebbiano Toscano (10%). The grapes are produced exclusively in the area "I Sodi". These vineyards have an average age of thirty years and now are in phase of refurbishment for the enhancement of Sangiovese, which gives originality to the finished product.
