The Carmignano DOCG is produced from the grapes of a very small geographical area, which includes only the towns of Carmarthen and Poggio a Caiano in the province of Prato on the eastern slopes of Montalbano. The nose, Carmignano DOCG also has an intense aroma of violets, which refines more with aging, the taste is dry, fruity, full, harmonic, soft and velvety.
