Intense ruby red colour with garnet hints, the smell of San Diavolo is sweet, generous and elegant at the same time, reminiscent of balsamic spices combined with and mineral notes. Its flavour is well structured, the tannins are in harmony with the sweetness of the wine. On the palate has a fruity taste. It combines well with pasta, red meat and mature cheeses.
